My wife and I had a couple of days off so decided to spend some time somewhere drivable that we’ve never been — that knocked out easy picks like KC, Des Moines, and Minneapolis and sent us driving to Wichita! We had a lovely couple days, the highlight of which was an awesome German restaurant called Prost — I would drive there again just for that! I was also fun to find the beers from the old Tallgrass Brewing in Manhattan, KS had found a new home/brewer at Wichita Brewing Company…
